The 38-year-old bore 44 children in a span of 22 years

Marion Nabatanzi, a 38-year-old woman in Uganda has broken the record by bearing 44 children.
In an interview with Citizen TV, Nabatanzi revealed that she had her first child at 14.

The eldest is aged 24 while the youngest is 2.
“I had twins thrice … then I conceived again and had quadruplets,” she explains adding that a doctor advised her not to use family planning because it did not work for her.
Nabatanzi is not the world’s most prolific mother.
A Russian woman identified as Valentina Vassilyev has been recorded as the woman with most children in history after giving birth to 69 children.
