One person has been confirmed dead and two others in critical condition after the bus they were traveling in overturned in Siaya.
Witnesses said the driver was engaged in a heated argument over smelly shoes when he lost control of the 62-seater bus.
The vehicle swerved off the road and then rolled, killing one and injuring 42 others.
