Auditor General Edward Ouko sues President Uhuru Kenyatta
Auditor General Edward Ouko on Wednesday filed a case against President Uhuru Kenyatta and National Assembly over his impending ouster.
Ouko wants the President and National Assembly barred from instigating motions and investigations against him, Daily Nation reports.
Ouko, who is accused of misusing public funds says he is not aware of the nature of the charges he is facing.

He also says that he has never met with his accuser, Emmanuel Mwagambo Mwagonah, face to face.
Mwagonah claims that the Auditor General has been making frequent private trips abroad, where he remotely manages his office.
Further reports reveal that Ouko has accumulated telephone bills amounting to KES 1 million shillings while abroad.
