Employment and Labour Relations Court has frozen the accounts of Heritage Insurance for failure to compensate retrenched workers.
Justice Hellen Wasilwa gave the orders following a complaint filed by 24 former employees who accused the firm of denying them their dues.
The former managers are demanding over KES 100 million for unfair dismissal.
The affected accounts are at Stanbic, CBA, NIC and Diamond Trust banks, Daily Nation reports.
