IEBC tables proposal to lock out corrupt politicians
IEBC wants all aspirants cleared by EACC before running for elective posts
IEBC has tabled a proposal to lock out corrupt leaders from August 8 general election.
The new law proposes that all political aspirants should be cleared by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) before running for any elective post.
The laws that were tabled in Parliament yesterday also establishes the guidelines for conducting party primaries.
