IEBC stance has dealt a blow to ODM nomination plans.
ODM, which was planning to start nominations today, will have to wait after the electoral body ruled out early nominations.
IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati said the exercise will kick off once the commission gazettes names of all contestants.
The exercise is expected to run between April 13th and April 23rd.
