Kenyan DJ conned out of KES 300,000 by a Tanzanian Promoter

He ended up canceling the show

A popular Kenyan DJ has lost KES 300,000 to a Tanzanian Promoter.

The Promoter, identified as Hemedi, had allegedly booked DJ Lyta for a show in Arusha in December.

The show was expected to take place in the second week of January but was canceled after Hemedi sneakily swapped account details in a bid to con DJ Lyta.
