Energy Principal Secretary Joseph Njoroge has come out to explain how the newly introduced VAT on fuel will affect power bills.
The PS said that the new levy will not affect power bills.
This is due to the incorporation of 310MW wind power from Lake Turkana into the national grid, he explained.
