1924 – Jimmy Carter is born in Georgia. Son of a peanut farmer, he would grow to become the 39th President of the United States (between 1960-1980). He was also the first US president to be born in a hospital. Carter turns 92.
1956 – Theresa May is born. She succeeded David Cameron as the UK Prime Minister in 2016 following the Brexit vote. May turns 60.
