Fake ID numbers used to register voters in Jubilee strongholds

Opposition leader, Raila Odinga has revealed that IEBC has used fake ID numbers to register voters in Jubilee strongholds.
He said that the IEBC software has been manipulated to pick numbers that do not qualify as ID or Passport numbers.
This has made it possible for the IEBC to register foreigners and people without ID cards in some regions, he added.
