A US court has awarded KES 125 million compensation to a former student who was forced to pee in a bucket.
The former student at Patrick Henry High School filed the suit in 2012 after being denied permission to go to the bathroom.
Due to the school’s strict policies, the girl was forced to pee in a bucket at the back of the classroom, subjecting her to humiliation from her fellow students.

The school has already changed its policies, her lawyer has confirmed.
