Police in Vihiga County are questioning a 15-year-old student over the dumping of a fetus in a school latrine.
The Form One student at Mudavadi Girls High School is said to have aborted the baby and dumped it on Wednesday.
The schoolgirl is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital as police continue with their investigations.
